Troubleshooting
A: Follow the steps to check the problem out and solve it.
a) Check the wiring, and make sure every connection is well connected.
b) Check the car charger light and it should be on. If not, the charger might be broken. Please email our customer service team.
c) Check whether the screen light is on and shows the brand logo, if not, email our customer service team.

A: Follow the steps to check the problem out and solve it.
a) Check the installation place, it should be flat. If not, try to use a dashboard pad.
b) Clean the bracket and wipe the installation place.
c) Wet the suction cup base with water, then let it dry,
d) Secure it to the windscreen, then pull down the lever lock,
e) let it sit for 12 hours or so, then secure the display to it.
